I purchased this off of ebay just recently. It arrived with the battery depleted. I plugged it in, charged it to 100% and started the restore as new phone process. Everything went well. It even rebooted on its own. But when it was finished, I find that I cannot shut it off. Pressing the upper right button does no good no matter how long I hold it. Pressing the upper right in conjunction with the Home button brings up Voice Control. I have scoured the 'net to find our how to turn that off. No luck in finding that.

It came in as an OS4 and I upgraded it to OS6. I have restore thee times and erased all once. The solution of allowing the battery to deplete is not good enough.

Any advice other than leaving negative feedback on ebay?
