HELP!
Have been playing around with this for hours and not having any luck!!
My iphone 3GS tells me it is syncing with movies purchased on itunes but they do not appear on the phone. I have clicked the right boxes in itunes and itunes tells me it is syncing the movie with the iphone (I got down to trying just one movie to see if I could make it work). It takes about three to four minutes then tells me the sync is complete, but does not show up on the iphone ipod, nor does the filename come up when I do a general search. I also tried to download a movie through itunes on the phone itself but that kept jamming as well.
So it seems as though itunes thinks it is doing the right thing but the phone is not picking it up. I have read as many of these threads as I can and tried what I can but nothing works!
I have played and watched the movie on itunes, but it won't open in quickplayer.
It is an m4v format; dimensions are 853 x 362.
I have an old ipod as well that I got about four years ago (can't remember but I think it's a classic) and the movies sync with that no problem
Anyone got any ideas?
