So I tried jailbreaking my 3GS a second time with no luck, and afterwards restored the phone and updated to 3.1.3 (was on 3.1.2 before.) Now my phone won't sync, I click on sync, and it says it is syncing for just a few seconds but then stops. I tried to restore the phone, reset the phone, different USB ports, restart my computer, and some other things with no luck.

1. I searched and tried several things and none were successful, what should I do?

2. I could bring it to Apple since I am still under warranty. Will they be able to tell that I tried to jailbreak it? Would they replace the phone if they couldn't figure it out, even though I am sure they could..

Please help, need music while I drive

Sounds like a software issue and not a hardware that would require a swap.
See if you can restore and redo the JB again.

The Jailbreak isn't my concern right now, I think my phone is unjailbreakable.

Try a restore in DFU mode this time.

Will do, I'll report back.

Edit: Restored in DFU and still won't sync..

Edit 2: Nevermind figured it out, thanks.
