Prices in HK$. FX = US$1 = HK$7.8

Monthly Fee from HK$188 (US$24) to HK$498 (US$64) w/unlimited data over a 2 yr contract. But what do they mean by prepayment? Is it a deposit? Looks like the 8G is HK$4,680 (US$600) and the 16G is HK$5,460 ($700). So the prepayment must be a deposit which you will get back over the course of the contract as a credit. Need to find out.

But the minutes are crap! Only 2,200 voice mins + 1,500 voice mins within 3 subscribers on the expensive plan? I'm not too thrilled with their plans.

These have got to be the cheapest plans ...

There's at least 5 mobile carriers in HK and 3 of which offer 3G services so competition is fierce. Mobile phone penetration in HK is 1.2 phones to every 1 person in the population so prices are cheap.

I'm not all that happy about the voice minutes. But I guess I can forward my mobile number to a fixed line to prevent the over use of voice minutes. I dunno, the most expensive plan is more than my 100Mb broadband at home. :(
