I hope it’s ok that I posted this in both iPhone and Apple Watch accessorises sections as it works on both.
I bought a charger online and I’m not sure if it’s defective or if there’s something I can do. It’s suppose to charge 2 phones wirelessly and 1 watch. Since I bought it the watch sections light is showing as red and doesn’t charge but both phone areas work fine together.
I’m not sure if it’s defective or if it has something to do with the cable and adapter since it’s a US plug in a travel adapter which was supplied with it. I’ve contacted the company but haven’t received a response.
