I'm not sure why apple didn't include other LTE bands.....not sure if it was a cost thing or technical issue.
 
You'll still have HSPA+DC for a maximum speed of 48Mbps.

Which is pretty much considered 3.5G here. So yes, we have 3.5G here, but it ain't 4G like we've been waiting for.
