3rd party app all of sudden turn into blank white icon ??

A reboot or two will bring the icons back.

Bumping is not allowed.

But to answer your original question, did you re-spring? When I restored my Cydia apps with my new jailbreak, the apps worked but had white icons as well, a re-spring fixed mine. I assume these are all App Store games from iTunes?

Clear out your icon cache.

do it with iWipe Cache on Cydia.

Reinstall the apps in question...
