3rd party backup software?

Did some searching, didn't find anything definitive...

I am looking for 3rd party backup programs for iOS (iPhone 5 specifically) to backup and manually restore bits and parts of my backups (like Apps data for games or documents, etc). Every program I've read about isn't free--any freeware/opensource programs out there?

(I apologize if this has been discussed in detail before)
