Being new to Mac I was wondering if anyone uses any programs that claim optimization or defragging utilities. Micromat's drive 10 or similiar.

Do they work, are they worth it? What maintenence is required?
 
What OS are you using? I would be interested in a respose to this as well...

I know Norton Utilities will work, but there's mixed feelings on Norton under X.
