Is there a 3rd party utility which can selectively limit a MacBook Pro's battery charge to %80 while plugged in as per Apple's recommendation? Optimized Charging in the Mac OS never kicks in for me. Well, it did _once_. I just wish Apple wouldn't have locked this useful functionality behind a learning algorithm. I use my MBP in a recording studio where it is used all day long, rarely unplugged or shut down. I'd love to have some way to cap it at %80 unless I'm going offsite. Any ideas?
