iPod touch 3rd pary apps

If I were to install 3rd part apps like a nintendo emulator does that void my warranty? Does this also apply to iphones?

I don't know, but I am sure there will be things like it in the future, because making for the touch can't be too different then the iphone. I haven't got my touch yet... It's being shipped now.
