Where can I buy windows 8 to install on my iMac? On the microsoft website all i can buy is the upgrade for 119 or so. Will the upgrade version work? Sorry if it has already been asked.

IIRC the full version is now referred to as the computer assembly version - you can get it anywhere the OEM version is sold.
