4.0 beta downgrading

Hi there. I was using 4.0 beta version 1 for a month or so then all a sudden my phone wouldn't work, went into the emergency call screen. I then tried restoring my iphone 3g however im now stuck in recovery mode. Ive looked for help but cant seem to get it sorted. Any ideas?

Your clearly not a dev and should not be using the betas of 4.0!

Dont think you can downgrade from a beta... think your stuck!

yeah i got it off a mate who is. i am starting to think so too, must be some way out it surely?

Restore to 3.1.3, when it gives you the error open up blackra1n and click jailbreak and it will boot you out and you'll be in 3.1.3.

If you mate is a dev get the new GM release of 4.0 or one of the later beta and you will be fine! Other than that there is no way of downgrading from a beta that i know of.

The betas normally run out when they release the next beta. So beta 1 should run out around when beta 2 is released and so on.
