4.0 ? What's Really in it?

So what's the scoop with 4.0 is it going to be earth shattering or groundbreaking, or is it just a bundle of simple features.

I am not a DEV, so I can not get my hands on it, adn there are so many threads here about the Beta, but no one is posting all the features that are included. I have a White 32GB 3GS so I am wondering what benefit I may receive?
