4.2.1 Bug. Using earbuds for Voice control and phone calls.

Never had this issue until updating to i think 4.2... Using the apple earbuds that came with my iPhone 4 i can no longer activate voice control by holding the middle button on the earbuds. Also, when i manually make a call and use the earbuds for hands free it seems as though the mic on the actual phone is still active b/c i can hear the sound of it rubbing on my pants etc. Very annoying.

Anyone else find this? I hope it can be fixed.

I can still activate voice control by hitting the middle button (which i didn't even know it was there until now). Never noticed the phone's mic still active when using the buds either.
