my dad has a 2nd gen ipod touch thats running 4.1 and he feels it is very sluggish and want to downgrade to 3.1.3 but i cannot find a link to download it from . i can find 3.1.2 but not a 3.1.3 was there a 3.1.3 update for it ? i also was wondering if 4.2gm seed did any tweaks for device as well to make it perform better then 4.1 i know how 4.0 does not run to well on the 2nd gen touch and the 3g iphone. i have disabled spotlight on the device to make it alil snappier too. if someone could point me in the right direction id very most appreciate it :) thank you

i upgraded

i put the ipod in dfu mode and installed 4.2 as a new device. runs alot smoother then 4.1 a whole lot better then 4.0 i dont think ill be downgrading it. it is much quicker and seems more stable. all the apps i have on there run fine so far as well. some even load up alil quicker like the accuradio
