I'm having a bit of trouble.
I followed all the directions to get Pwnage to work with 4.2.8 and made a 4.2.8 custom bundle with Pwnage.
When I install it on my iPhone it does one of two things. Gets to the message in iTunes saying it will reboot, but then it seems to freeze at the Apple logo.
Or, it will reboot into Recovery mode with the iTunes logo on the iPhone and the message that it must be restored.
I have made two different bundles in the off chance that was the problem.
Maybe I should wait for Pwnage to support 4.2.8 rather than having to do the work around.
