4.2 intermitant no txt notifications

anyone else noticing this? once in a while when checkin my phone if I have a txt after bein up/downstairs for a sec or the loo or whatever I like to check my phone for txts, now with 4.2 I am noticing I am not being notified about texts, lockscreen would usually say I have text(s) if I hit home button to wake lockscreen but nothing, I only find out after unlocking an seeing the txt badge..... anyone else using 4.2 get this?

Since 4.2 is a beta release right now, I'd expect some bugs in it.

Are you really using 4.2 beta, or are you talking about 4.1, which is the current general release version of iOS?

I was using the beta but I just got too bored of the bug so back on 4.1 lol

I've seen this in my testing as well, along with a lengthy list of other issues.

As has been said many times, beta's are for testing, not phones you depend on. This particular beta even more so than some in the recent past.

If you are using beta code you should expect bugs. That is the point of beta afterall. It isn't just about getting code early.
