Has this update fixed the stupid issue with daylight saving messing up the alarm?

Bug was a thing of the past once DST passed and you deleted/recreated your alarms. 4.2 doesn't matter.
daylight saving bug
So if I have held off updating my 3GS from 3.1.3 (never in a rush for OS updates) can I be absolutely sure that I will not suffer the daylight saving bug?
My sleep is very important to me and I don't want to wake up an hour early

thanks - I understand that workaround does the job but I have waaaaaaay too many repeating alarms to go down that path so I just want Apple to fix it for everyone.
i just deleted and recreated the alarms. working fine now

Anybody w/ any repeating alarms would have already deleted and recreated them by now. Don't think you'll be getting an answer.
