4.3.3 internet issue

so is there a fix for the 4.3.3 data connection issue yet?

well, i've just restore and updated to 4.3.3 with the ultrasn0w. Everything works fine but i don't have internet services. I turned on the data connection and 3g. The 'E' does come up next to the carrier's name and there is a spinning wheel spinning when i open safari but when you try to use the internet, it will soon reply with "safari could not open the page because the server stopped responding." I have tried to let my service provider restart my signal and tried the reset network settings but nothing seems to help. So i'm stuck with an iphone with no internet ( data connection).

* Try a hard reset: you may hold the power and home button together…ignore the Power off…keep holding and when you see the Apple logo, let go the buttons.

If this does not resolve the issue then go to Settings > Wi-Fi > tap the blue circle with the white arrow and tap Forget the Network on the top of the screen.

The problem is with the data connection, my wifi is working fine
