I've searched google, the discussion boards on apple and even the developer forums with some posts over there and I have not received any help yet.

This might be an easy one for this group and I hope that it is.

on either iPad or iPhone4, if you upgrade your ios to 4.3, then you will end up with a problem where you cannot surf to internal website in your company's domain until you add the full search domain suffix for example:

this worked in ios 4.2
http://engifo/default.html

under ios 4.3 (including iPad2 ios 4.3)
you must type in the full search domain for it to work, so now it reads like this:
http://enginfo.mycompany.local/default.html

it's a BIG problem because other dashboard apps that I have created no longer work because i created them where the url is hidden and when you click on the icon on the ipad it does not resolve. if you re-bookmark the site to the explicit path it still does not work because the webservices within the app go to enginfo they don't go to engifo.mycompany.local

have you guys seen this? if so, how did you fix it?

Has anyone found a workaround for this?
I'm experiencing the same issue.

Thanks
