4.3 Text Tone Change

I don't mean to nitpick but I noticed that Apple changed the Text Tone for "Telegraph" in iOS4.3. It's not as long as it was in 4.2. Checking some of the other clips like "Update" are still extremely long so I don't know why this one was singled out.

Worthy of a post? Probably not, but I really liked it! Is there a good spot to provide apple with feedback?

Others have been reporting that some of the tones introduced in the last update have been shorted due to complaints about how long they were.
