4 icons pop up on home screen help?

Sometimes when i am using my iphone, four icons randomly popup on the screen and they only go away when i restart the phone. What is this and how can i stop it from doing that. I have a JB iPhone 4 4.3.1

Your jailbreak either screwed up or you have changed some sort of setting in activater or SBsettings.

Have you done anything with activiator or SBsettings and if so what?

no i haven't changed anything (except the theme for SBsettings)
