I purchased a 17 in. Macbook Pro with the matte screen around 4 months ago. I haven't purchased Applecare yet but plan to before my year is up. On black backgrounds I've noticed a faint red "T" looking object on my screen. It doesn't wipe off, so I'm only assuming it's screen burn. If that is the case, will Apple replace the screen?
I will expect my brand new 17" Macbook Pro to be in *mint* condition on unboxing my Macbook Pro next year.
