Downloaded 4 OD but have found when I connect ipad to my tv I get a message on tv saying I cannot watch content on tv! I thought if I connected ipad to tv using proper connector plug & lead, EVERYTHING on ipad screen could be seen on tv? How can this be happening & how to work round it ? ( other than simply connect using my ancient laptop!)
Still annoys me how primitive ipad is sometimes! Pc's are far more versatile & user friendly!
 
TV Out has to be specifically supported in an app for it to work. For what it's worth, it does work with BBC iPlayer.
