well ill be starting a new service with verizon and have my pick of the iphone 4 or 5. by the way i have a 2006 macpro and a 2006 macbook pro, so i thought the 5 with the brushed aluminum case would go good with what i have. pros and cones of each.

Do not get the iPhone 4 unless you really want it and know of it's limitations. It's a 3 year old phone that is on it's last year of life.

Seems rhetorical to me... the 5 if you can get your hands on one. Not sure what the policies are now with the new phones and the removal of the 5 entirely.

ill go with the 5s. now for provider, seems like verizon is top of the list. as for my old phone, well its a Motorola flip open. might be a collectors item by now.

Definitely get the 5. And the color choice is yours but i like the white color more.

Sounds like u answered your own question: No preference for either only that 5 will match your laptop, so go4rit man, you got our unanimous blessings.

Definitely get a 5 (if they are available) or ideally the 5S. Do not even consider the 4 or 4S unless you are on a budget. The 4 is over 3 years old now and the 4S is like the iPhone 5 but smaller and slower. Seems like a no brainer to me. :)

well I don't know. do you like waffle cones or sugar cones. chocolate dipped or just regular? jimmys or no.

I mean there are lots of different cones out there.

so now verizon tells me that if i use my iphone 5s as a hot spot it will shorten the life of the battery. i assume if its plugged into a charger that wouldnt happen, right ?

If you plug it into the mains, it should be fine. If you plug it into a USB port on a computer, it will probably still drain the battery.

thats what i figured. as long as its plugged into a adapter charger it shouldnt drain it all. these cell phone companies are going to tell you what they think will get them more money or what they think they know, which isnt much.
