I just got mine in the mail today, ordered last Sat. and just finished snapping my black 60 Gig Video g5 ipod in it. It looks great and feels very sturdy. I had a cheaper (quality not $) slide in case before for another ipod and this is vastly nicer. I don't think it will scratch the ipod, as this is a snap-together front/back. There's no sliding of the ipod in this case, which is where/how you'd typically get scratches. You put it face down on the top, then snap the back onto it.

I've had this case for a week now - great case - no scratching of the iPod. The clear part over the screen has several scratches on it already. The scratches are tough to see when the backlight is on though. I have a friend who got the Evo3 silicone case - doesn't feel as good in the hand as the Agent 18 but at least if fits in the dock and the plastic screen cover is more scratch resistant. I may be switching to that soon.
