Yep, it's normal. Are you running 10.5.1? I believe that update is supposed to reduce the number SUID "error" messages from nine to one, but I think there was some issue where that only happened if you manually downloaded and installed the update instead of getting it through Software Update. Could be wrong about that though...haven't been paying that close of attention to it since I'm still a Tiger user. Regardless, it's nothing to worry about.
Yeah, I have 10.5.1 and all those errors. I was going to install DiskWarrior but that could have made things worse because I read that it is incompatible.
It's not really an error though - what it's saying is those files have been updated and as they're SUID files it won't try and change the permissions on them. It's not saying the permissions are wrong, it's just ignoring them and displaying a warning to let you know
