Since everyone who is jailbroken is using Cydia, which points to the same sources as you do, yes, everyone is seeing it or has seen it.
I just haven't seen any mention of it, so thought I'd ask and make sure it wasn't just some borked config file with my jb.
It's a common error when the servers are overloaded, that's why you don't see much talks about it, just chill for a bit and try again later.
