I can warp through space and time. My windows can bend and fly every way. I can instantly get a bird's eye view of everything. I can slide through multiple desktops with ease. I use the most advanced operating there is, but why the hell can't I view animated GIFs with OS X? I was hoping this would be added in Leopard with Quick Look or something, but I still have to use a third-party application just to view an animated image.

It would be nice if Quick Look / Preview / whatever showed the animations, I guess (although it's rather an ancient technology!). Technically, though, all you have to do is drag and drop it into Safari to see it animate. You don't have to install anything.
