i love my new macbook pro its amazing i have only used it for about 2 hours. i just bout it today

however i noticed when i shut it the lid is warped on the right side

should i take it back or what?

It is normal for the edges of the MBP to stick up a little bit but if one side looks clearly warped then you should take it back and ask for a new one.

also it came with leopard but leopard was not installed

i though they were suppose to come with leopard installed

Where did you buy it? If you bought it at an Apple Store then it should have had it on there already. If you bought 3rd party then it is possible they would have some left over from when Leopard first came out so they just stuck a Leopard disk in there.

I bought mine recently and it came with Leopard on a disc. I bought it from the Apple store.

Also, I'd take it back. It'll annoy you if you don't.

When you say wrapped, how noticeable is it? MBP do tend to come with their lids wrapped ever so slightly... probably around a mm or so of unevenness.
