Error -10810?

I have an Intel iMac, 2GHZ, 2GB Ram and Leopard 10.5.2 installed and keep getting "error -10810" come up when I open a program. Only started to happen recently. Any way to fix this? Or anyone know why this is happening?

PS - If i install anything it says "Too Many Processes" and if I try to empty my trash (sometimes) it says "I do not have sufficient privileges"

Google "OS X Leopard Error - 10810" and you'll see several folks with this issue. Some folks claim they've resolved it by repairing their drive and drive permissions. Other say this error might be related to non-10.5 proof software. I personally haven't seen this error before and I hope I don't. From what I've read it sounds like a pain in the rear.

One person over at the Apple discussion groups traced this error to a bug in Microsoft IntelliPoint Mouse Driver Software Version 6.0 (v.147). Perhaps it was non-10.5 proof mouse driver software?

Thanks for the reply, I think I have sorted it (fingers crossed).
I updated the Mouse and Keyboard Software to 6.2.2 and also updated the drivers of Audio Kontrol 1 (which I think was the cause).

For the next googlers to find. I get these errors now and then. I do use a Microsoft IntelliPoint Mouse and Keyboard. I just quit apps until it lets me open new ones.
