What screen recorder do you use?

I am looking for a screen recorder to do some documentation. I need one that works well, but I would prefer to get it on the cheap. It does not have to do anything fancy, but it must work on OS X 10.5 PPC. Thanks for your help!

There's Jing, it's free and works okay. For $20 you can get iShowU, which works pretty well.

jcs1088, I agree, IShowU is a really good choice if you want something that is priced really affordable with a very easy to use interface with a lot of good features.


hsvmoon, In my opinion, as far as the best Mac Screen Cast Software, I believe that it is Screen Flow http://www.varasoftware.com/products/screenflow/


It is also one of if not the most expensive Mac Screen Cast Software.
