Hi,

Here is a list of links to download iPod Touch restore files.

First Genration

1.1 - I won't provide a link for this one, see below for why.
1.1.1 - Link.
1.1.2 - Link.
1.1.3 - Link.
1.1.4 - Link.
1.1.5 - Link.

I am not providing a link to 1.1 (was available for a short time before 1.1.1) because it was very buggy and had the infamous "negative black" issue. Also no jailbreaks were released for it.

I won't provide links to beta firmwares or "pwned" firmwares.

Use the links at your own risk.

So if i dl 1.1.4 it will restore my ipod touch cuz thats the 1 i dl and when i was doing the hacks i acdently cliked do it all on ziphone so it screwed my ipod up
and yea i dnt no how to fix it

If your going to 1.1.4 you don't need to download it as it's the newest firmware. Just plug your iPod into iTunes and press the "Restore" button.
 
having trouble jailbreaking i downloaded the 1.1.4 firmwae yet i wont jailbreak what else do i need?
 
iPod Classic 1.0.2 Firmware

This is really close to what I am looking for. In this thread was also another link to iPod firmware, but it did not list the Classic version 1.0.2 which I need to get my TV out to work with my Sonic V55 player, which no longer works with the newer firmware versions or the 1.0.1 version. I have only read that the 1.0.2 version does the job.

Can you help me get the 1.0.2 firmware and signature files?

so, when 2.0 comes out, will the firmware be downloadable just like this? or will it have to be purchased?

It will work like 1.1.4 and the extra apps works now, you can get the extra stuff for extra, but the actual firmware can be gotten like this.
 
How would I go about downgrading my iPod Touch to 1.1.1? Do I just connect it and run the restore file?

I would like to downgrade from 2.0 to 1.1.4 or 1.1.5, my question is this:
If i downgrade will it come with the january apps( which came preinstalled with my 32gb touch) for 1.1.4/1.1.5?

Since posting a link for a firmware that is not free is illeagle i thrt i should post this link instead www.ziphone.org ,when in the site look 4 an ''interesting link'' ,i came across this site while lookin 4 da 2.0 firmware (hint hint) its an xml site so js copy a link frm da site in ur browser n happy downloading.It provides Ipod touch and iphone firmware.Enjoy
