Locally there is this religous group that hands out $1,000,000 bills. They look half real, sort of. At least they are green and have a picture in the center. THeire message is in fine print.

Some woman at Target used one to buy some gum. She wanted the gum and $999,999.95 in change. You have to feel sorry for her. I think she thought (1) the bill was real and (2) they would have that much cash in the register.

It turns out that many people in Mexico never go to school. She just saw all those zeors and saw "lots of money, maybe hundreds".

They did arrest her too charged with passing counterfeit bills

I would expect the genuine range of rankings to be about 96-104. Highly suspect polling going on here.
