There are some, but they don't really come for cheap (you might pay more for the converter for the 
TV itself). Here's one one I found on a quick search, but it's very expensive:

You would put the component output of the TV to the component input of the converter. Then either use the S-video or composite output of the converter to connect it to your TV.
