2.8, 3.0 or 3.2 GHz, is the extra cash worth it

I'm a professional photographer and i just purchased a Mac Pro. I wanted to spring for the 3.0 or 3.2 processor but didn't have the cash to do so. How much of a difference does a dual quad core 2.8 vs the 3.0 or 3.2 make?

I decided to put my money towards ram, any idea who makes good after market ram? I'm thinking crucial but I would like a second opinion.

To sum things up, a 2.8Ghz Mac Pro would be fine. Get that ram for your RAW images and some hard drive.

If you can, 8x1Gb Ram and add a Samsung Spinpoint 1TB hard drive.
