Applecare can be purchased separately. Also says they are "new" and not refurbs.

Strange that it has iLife '08 upgrade but it's a non C2D with Tiger. Only $100 less than the current model with C2D and Leopard makes this not such a great deal in my eyes.

I concur, it's a good price for a machine like this, but I'd rather just go new and get the C2D and Leopard... I am liking the idea of getting a Mini more and more each day.

Get a 1.83C2D refurb for $499 with a leopard drop-in.

I grabbed one and it has honestly been my most rewarding computer purchase in the past couple of years. It sits surrounded by more powerful hardware, but I use it tons and I love it.
