I have a 20GB 4th generation iPod that I have already gotten replaced once due to issues I was having with it. Now I'm having more issues with it. For the past two days, I've been listening to Ben Folds on my way to class (and its happened with the same aritst each time) and the iPod has frozen up in the middle of a song and becomes unresponsive to everything (including the reset command). The iPod then gets VERY hot and eventually shuts down.
Does anybody have any clues as to how to fix this problem before I send this iPod in?
