I have an iPhone 4S with latest firmware on AT&T. The 4G transfer rate is fine when I first turn the phone on, but after a few hours of use it becomes unuseably slow. Turning the phone off then back on resolves the issue. The phone is about 2 weeks old.

My other iPhone 4S (same model and formware) does not have this problem.

Anyone encounter this? Any remedies out there? Should I have Apple replace the phone?
