4G Costs

So... Everyone is talking about how the iPad has 4G. Well, if I was to get a 4g or 3g iPad, I would be more worried about the monthly costs, then the cost of the device. I can't really find the prices, so...

How much does verizon's 4g plan for the iPad cost per month?
is it prepaid? Or, is the 3g iPad 3 prepaid somehow?

They really are, I chose the 64GB wifi since I am always near wifi where I use my iPad.

I really wanted LTE, but because of the price, and the fact that it will be in the new iPhone in the fall, I skipped and went with the Wifi only version.
