4G iPod wheel question

Hi

I have just revieved my new 20GB iPod, however the click wheel looks a bit strange to me.

I imagined it would be flush with the iPod - the top of the wheel seems to be quite flush but the bottom part seems to be slightly raised but only about 1 mm but it is noticeable.

Can someone with the new iPod tell me how theirs is?

On my iPod mini (with the same click wheel), the click wheel is completely flush with the casing. Even when i push one side in, the other side doesn't come up over the iPod more then 1/4mm. It seems there's something wrong with your iPod. Have you tried calling Apple?

Not yet it just arrived literally. I have an ipod mini as well which is flush

Ive called Apple and a replacement is on the way. Now I have to wait again lol
