4G or WIFI?

I dont know what to get... I've never had a data plan that wasnt unlimited. I'm weary of paying $30 a month and going over my usage. IDK...

I def want to order one of the new iPads, my first iPad.... but cant decide how crucial the 4G is... wifi is not always readily available everywhere.

If you have LTE in you're area, I would get it. If not, then Wifi is fine.

i dont know if i have LTE in my area. I live in Miami.

I just dont know if I should spend the extra money for the 4G Connection. I dont know how often I will be without wifi connections, and I def want to use it to surf the web, check email, etc...

but i dont want to pay $50 more a month for another device! dont know what to do... any advice from current iPad users?
