4G Wireless for Video Streaming?

Does anyone find sometimes 4G wireless is not the greatest for video streaming? Like on YouTube ?

It took around 2 to 3 minutes to buffer a YouTube video yesterday. Maybe that is not a lot for 4G I don't know.
