4GB iPhone Unlock Issue

I jailbroke the iPhone using the Pwnage tool. I am currently running firmware 3.1.3. In Cydia, I installed bootneuter to unlock the phone. However, when I run bootneuter to unlock the phone, each time I place my SIM card from my 3G to the 4GB iPhone, the phone still prompts me to connect the phone to iTunes for activation (however, I get a signal from AT&T in the upper left hand corner). Am I missing something here?

Any suggestions/tips that I would need to do to get the 4GB iPhone to work with my 3G SIM?

Try going down to official 3.1.2 and run redsnow.

I didn't have to downgrade to 3.1.2, but I used redsn0w and the unlock worked perfectly. Thanks!
