4k Adobe RGB monitors for 2015 Macbook

Hi,

I have the NEC 27" PA 271 monitor with about 98% adobe rgb coverage on my Macbook Pro 2011.

I am interested in getting a 4k monitor for my Macbook 2015 12". Can you recommend any 4k monitors that the 12" can work with?

Apple states for MB 12:
  • 3840x2160 at 30 Hz
  • 4096x2160 at 24 Hz (mirroring is not supported at this resolution)
The MacBook (Retina, 12-inch, Early 2015) supports the displays and rates listed above when you connect your the display to your Mac using a USB-C Digital AV Multiport Adapter.

I don't play video games but is the Hz good for movies or watching fast-action sports?
