on a Mac Mini M1 16GB, the second display is an Apple Pro Display XDR - no problems.
Does anyone has the same problem and is there a solution ?

Yes, i get this when watching movies in IINA. I just switched my HDMI cable so ill see how it goes. Are you still experiencing this issue?
 
yes but less after switching the hdmi cable, I will buy a new shorter 8k.. hdmi 2.1 cable and hope the best.
