4K Display Lag

Hi,

I recently purchased an LG 27" 4K display (27UD69P) for my 2017 MacBook Pro. The display is great but I notice that when I scale the display resolution, I get a slight lag with my mouse and when using Sketch. It's subtle but the cursor feels heavier.

I am connecting using a USB-C to DisplayPort cable. System report says it's running at 60 Hz.

Any ideas as to what's going on or what I can do to improve things?
