4K Display with USB-C for MacBook Pro

Good evening everybody,

I am planning to get a 15" MBP 2017 and to get a big 4K Display of est. 40".
I had to learn that simply buying a 4K-TV is not feasible, due to color-range, panel´s switching times etc.

So my question is: Are there any recommendation for such display? Preferably it should come with USB-C ports and USB-C-Hub for connecting HDD, power supply, digitizer etc.

Theres is a LG 38" ultra wide curved display you can use. I am sitting right in front of it but can't figure out the model name. Ordered it a while ago.
