iPhone 4K iPhone Xr video uploaded to Facebook 15 times !

I uploaded a short birthday video to Facebook and after it was posted to my Facebook page it continued to upload the same video 14 more times. I now have deleted the video from my iPhone after uploading a copy to Vimeo and youtube along with the video file on my Mac Pro.

15th video uploaded 2:42PM Nov. 20 :
